Bark City Canine offers two shipping methods: Standard 5-8 business days and Ground 1-5 business days. Shipments will be delivered by FedEx or USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

We ship across the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed after 5:00 pm CST will enter the fulfillment process the following business day. Orders typically ship from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday.

FedEx and USPS do not deliver to APO, FPO, DPO or PO Boxes. We recommend shipping to a business or home address to prevent shipping delays.

Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment and can be tracked on the carrier's website for package travel history and delivery dates.

Customers are required to coordinate and pay for the return shipping themselves. Bark City Canine does not coordinate or pay for any return shipping. Refunds will be returned in the method of which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. After 30 days, please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for product and service issues.
